Glenda Faye Dooley Henry Memorial Fund

In the hills of Tennessee, a loving woman named Glenda Henry, lived a long and generous life that left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.  For 61 years, she shared her life with her husband Neal, a testament to enduring love.  Her greatest achievement, however, was not just the length of her years but the depth of her influence.  She nurtured her daughters: Jana and Brittany, guiding them to become remarkable women of success and grace.  Her love extended to her sons-in-law  (Larry and Scott),  grandchildren (Kinzy, Josiah and Olivia), great grandchild (Wyatt), and of course her dogs (Cody and Jinks). Her unwavering faith and boundless generosity touched countless lives.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and generosity that will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she cherished.

We would like to extend Glenda’s generosity in support of The Community Foundation of Cleveland and Bradley County’s Family Promise.  Please see the following information pertaining to the Family Promise:

  • Mission: To provide families facing the crisis of homelessness with a safe place designed to engage, inspire, and guide them toward a future where they feel empowered to control the course of their lives.
